Matthew Langley, Director of Branding

 

Matthew Langley brings an audience-focused approach to both traditional channels as well as online media. He addresses branding problems by emphasizing clarity while balancing client needs with audience desires at the same time. This approach has helped clients such as Microsoft, CareerBuilder.com, NPR, and a number of other top-flight national and regional organizations. Matt is known for providing a high quality combination of communication consulting with applying up-to-the-minute marketing and design practices. His clients appreciate focus on the desired outcome for their clients or community.

 

Under Matt's direction, the Basis brand consultancy has provided services to entities ranging from The United States Senate to homeless shelters to luxury shampoo lines to assistive devices for the disabled. Prior to founding Basis, Matt built web development programs at Johns Hopkins University and The USDA Graduate School, taught design at the Corcoran College of Art and Design, and lectured on design topics nationwide. Mr. Langley is a graduate of The Corcoran School of Art.
