Operating on a shoestring budget, the Takoma Park Film Festival is showcasing the amazing breadth and depth of filmmaking in the city of Takoma Park. This year, the festival is showing movies from acclaimed Hollywood actors to beginning animations from elementary-school students.

Throughout their years in existence, this group has struggled with low attendance. They wanted to create materials that would draw an audience, materials that represented the caliber of this festival.
