Situation
Summary background of the organization
Project Create was started as a non-sectarian, non-profit organization to provide professionally-led, after-school arts programs for children living in poverty in order to keep kids safe at the end of the day and provide a nurturing environment.

Obstacles
The communication challenges faced
The group’s web site was long overdue to be updated with new material and information.  Along with the update, a lack of awareness of the group and its cause was impacting their effectiveness in the community.

Solution
The steps and solution taken by the CreateAThon team
A complete rebuild of the web site more than the update issue with a fresh, new look, inviting new users to visit and learn.  With their leftover time, the design team was able to develop a small, informational card that simply and elegantly shares the group’s mission and contact information.
